• RICH D (hailing from Chicago, IL) began as a producer in 1999, developing tunes for his animation and multimedia work, winning several awards, including one from popular cable TV channel Showtime Networks. In the summer of 2002 he was discovered by fellow Chicago native DJ, Andre Solaris, and his tracks were heard at clubs and in mix shows locally on Chicago radio Energy 92.7, B96.3, Q101's Sonic Boom, and worldwide on XM Satellite Radio & Worldspace.

Upon breaking into the scene, Rich has worked with and remixed for such names as Özgür Can, Rouzbeh Delavari, Halogen, Nash-T, Espen, and Elusive, with support and chartings from Andre Solaris, Stian Klo (LikWit), Paul Lancaster, Blue Room Project, and Lance Cashion. Several of his tracks have been signed and released by CP Recordings. Some exclusives can be found on Beatport.com. Never satisfied with mediocrity, he constantly tries to push the envelope and produce original and groundbreaking music. Expect more on the horizon, as he sets himself up to be one of the new sounds of progressive music.

As a DJ, there is nothing more satisfying to Rich than making people groove and flow with his music. He doesn't limit his sets to one particular genre or style. You will hear a constantly evolving blend of progressive breaks & house, tech-house, tribal, and even some techno and trance elements for extra measure. Good music is good music, despite what label is placed on it.
